Using Visual Studio 2012, the following compile error is thrown:

zoo_loader.c(395) : error C3861: 'strcasestr': identifier not found
zoo_loader.c(396) : error C3861: 'strcasestr': identifier not found
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\VC\BIN\cl.EXE"' : return code '0x2'

I am attaching code from zoo_service_loader.c to possibly use...

• using my nmake.opt file from ticket:27
• zoo_loader.cgi is generated, but zoo_loader.cgi.manifest is also generated
• problem is that both files must be moved to the cgi-bin (the manifest must instead be embedded in the executable)
